3 Cocktail Recipes for your Summer Wedding

We have put together a list of our Top 3 Summer cocktails for you to take inspiration from so have glasses at the ready and get mixing!

HUGO

  • Ice cubes
  • 1/2 squeezed lime
  • 5 leaves of mint
  • 20 ml of elderflower syrup
  • 50-75 ml sparkling water
  • 100 ml of Prosecco or sparkling wine

In a large wine glass, gently muddle the mint using a pestle and add freshly squeezed lime juice and elderflower syrup. Then pour in sparkling water and Prosecco and add some ice cubes. Enjoy!

PINK SENORITA

  • Ice cubes
  • 30 ml tequila
  • 15 ml simple syrup (you may prepare it yourself using 1:1 water to sugar ratio)
  • 60 ml freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
  • 1 dash of raspberry juice
  • Fresh mint for garnish

Using a blender, mix ice cubes, tequila, grapefruit juice, simple syrup and raspberry juice. Pour into a chilled glass and garnish with fresh mint leaves.

FROZEN MANGO MARGARITA

  • Ice cubes
  • 40 ml tequila
  • 15 ml triple sec
  • 30 ml lime juice
  • 30 ml mango juice
  • 50 g sliced fresh mango
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar (or to taste)
  • 1 slice of lime for garnish

Blend all the ingredients until smooth. Pour in a tall margarita glass and garnish with a lime slice.
